How I Can Help
Within each of us, there is deep wisdom, compassion and courage that can guide us on a journey to living an authentic and fulfilling life. Sometimes, the challenges of life create barriers in our internal world, keeping us from feeling calm, connected, confident and whole. As a therapist, I provide space to heal, learn and grow through evidence based, creative and holistic methods.
My goal is for you to feel heard, understood and empowered as you experience challenges and celebrate successes – and provide you with tools to feel better. I believe that whatever you are facing, the answers are within you and are waiting to be uncovered. Together, we will discover your strengths and create sustainable changes by knowing and honoring all the parts of your Self.
My clinical experience includes providing therapy to adults, teens, children and families, working with LGBTQIA+ youth and adults; supporting parents of kids with complex special needs, new parents and parents of trans youth; and working with teens with social, emotional and behavioral challenges.
I enjoy working with older teens, young adults and adults on healing from trauma, managing anxiety, depression and grief, as well as, navigating life transitions, identity exploration and relationships.
As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I have a special interest in supporting other queer folx and their loved ones. Whether you are exploring your gender and/or sexual identity, transitioning, coming out later in life or navigating significant relationships, I am here to support you on your journey. I also provide groups and one on one counseling for parents of trans and gender diverse kids.
Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing there is a field. I’ll meet you there.

As your therapist, I consider myself a collaborator, and it is my priority to ensure that you are comfortable and an equal partner in our work together. My style is warm, compassionate, holistic and practical. I am trained in a number of therapeutic approaches including Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic, insight-oriented, cognitive-behavioral and narrative therapies, as well as mindfulness and polyvagal theory.
Wherever you are on your journey, I will meet you there. Truly, all are welcome!
