Discovering Your Truest Self

Navigating life’s challenges can be overwhelming and leave us feeling disconnected from our friends, loved ones, coworkers, and even ourselves. As a compassionate and dedicated therapist, I am here to guide you on your journey to self-discovery and healing. Together, we will create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your inner world, emotional needs, and past experiences with curiosity and kindness. My commitment is to guide you through each stage of healing with empathy and expertise, and to help you rediscover your best self.

Personalized Therapy Tailored to Your Needs

My approach to therapy is holistic, integrating the insights of psychodynamic, existential, and humanistic philosophies with the transformative principles of Internal Family Systems (IFS) theory. This unique blend allows us to address the root causes of your struggles, helps you let go of beliefs that no longer serve you, and prepares you to live your most authentic life. By becoming more present and mindful, you will uncover the answers within yourself, leading to a deeper connection with both yourself and the world around you.

Experience You Can Trust

Through working with adolescents, families, and adults facing various challenges – such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and eating disorders – I have developed a deep understanding of the protective nature of certain behaviors. My focus is on understanding emotions and behaviors without judgment, and providing a personalized and compassionate approach to therapy. Whether you are feeling stuck, conflicted, or are struggling with emotional and psychological pain, I can help. Together, we can unlock your inner strength and pave the way to a brighter future.
