Finding Clarity, Finding You.

Life can be tedious and overwhelming, especially when we do it with kids, work, and family. Even if we look around and see that “nothing is actually wrong in our lives”, we may still feel sad, lonely, anxious, and overwhelmed. As a mother to three young children, and a working professional, I understand the day to day struggles; being there for everyone in our lives, at times needing support for ourselves too.

I have worked extensively with individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, grief, and trauma. My therapy style is warm, open and non-judgmental, as I welcome all the parts of you to our shared space.

On a personal level, 5 years ago, I experienced PTSD and secondary trauma as a result of working in an intensely difficult and traumatic environment. After struggling with panic and anxiety, I sought treatment and now have a much greater sense of how anxiety lives in my body and my mind. I believe this experience has made me a better clinician as I can truly understand what others are going through and offer insight and perspective. I look forward to working with you.
